I believe college baseball is on an upward trend. There are so many options for young men that want to play baseball past high school.
Even non G5 programs are upping their facilities. But until the scholarship issues are resolved, the minors will pull players that should be in D1 programs.

Bregman went 1 for 5 against the Zephyrs Thursday night. And he made one error. I bet he will be the first player in the batting cages today.

Just read on Twitter that there are no immediate plans to bring him up. I interpret that as just holding him out until next season, but I don't know. Still a lot of season left.

Been saying this in Houston for a while that Bregs will be called up during the roster expansion.
We will see where this goes as far as the Rangers ranking and the Stros only being back 4.5 now.
Bregs is going to be sent out to different positions.

That's so weird, just this morning Houston espn radio was saying their sources were saying he would be called up in time for their series against Seattle.
