Do you realize how strict the testing is nowadays for Roids in baseball?
If he is doing roids, he will be busted.
He doesnt look like he is doing roids though. He looks like he's been working out and gotten stronger. He doesnt look big, he just looks ripped. He's always had a great swing.
ETA: I don't know him though, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
