Only way LSU keeping Ed Orgeron makes sense? Hiring Lane Kiffin

Nah it's just O trying to look like he gives a shite about losing even though he knows he's going to be hired as HC no matter what he fricks up.

Water under the bridge....the standard is to beat Alabama. Florida game the Tigers lost by their own mistakes. Got to keep focussed on the goal to get better and beat Bama. Beat Bama then the route to the Final 4 gets easier

I absolutely love this picture.
Says a thousand words, and most of them are based around the raping O is going to give Nick in the coming years.

Uh huh. I'm certain you don't really believe that, and I'm sure neither of the guys in that picture are thinking that.

Well, they were speaking the truth.

quote:

Instead the Fighting Tigers now have a fighting chance to hire someone who might pose at least a minimal threat to Alabama, the rest of the SEC West and annual rival Florida.

Orgeron, conveniently forgetting that LSU was 2-2 with him on the staff before it fired Les Miles after the Auburn loss, liked to count only the games with him as interim coach.

Count this: Orgeron went 0-2 in the two most important games with him in charge, and the Tigers averaged five points in those games.

There is no way, on a rational, practical, objective basis, that firing Les Miles and hiring Orgeron makes the least bit of common sense. Not if LSU expects to compete with Nick Saban and Alabama as Miles and the Tigers once did.
If this isn't motivation for CEO, I don't know what is.

We'll see in next years game, I can promise you Saban is more worried about coach O then he ever was with Les Miles and if he isn't now he will be very soon. What does Orgeron being on staff have anything to do with the first two loses, and LSU let FL win no the LSU PLAYERS let FL win. The coaches did everything they could to whip them all day long. They were put in position after position to put the gaytors away but they just couldn't. Mistake after mistake and I bet the players would be the first ones to say they had many opertunities to beat FL, you can't say the same in the Les Miles loses. Les Miles constantly scuttle butted around with play calling and LSU could have dominated teams in the way Orgeron does but he refused to listen to what the team wanted and needed to do that. You guys are some sore freakn losers man. The fact is that with Les LSU purposely let opportunities pass them up with O it took 3 TOs in key situations for him to lose the game. At least the game was exciting to watch and the players screwed the pooch on this one. We should have beat FL, this is still a Les Miles environment. Coach O has a whole offseason to implement the new culture and I think he does that and LSU plays like champions next year.
