Hieing of D.J.Durkin. I'm saying this because we have so many fans thats say don't hire him he has premarital sex or don't hire him he drinks too much. I say that to say this you want to bitch about no offense but you don't wanna hire namez like Briles or Ole Miss ex coach.Both end in 8-4 are 9-3 seasons.

Look at the players Belichick has taken at New England that were trouble makers at every place they had been, but not there. If an organization is strong enough, the individual knows they have to fall in line or they will be gone very quickly. Because the players have bought in to the system and organization, they police themselves and won't let any player get out of line.
