"If moral victories counted, LSU would be on a 3 game winning streak."
So a 15 point loss to Bama at home, a 4-point loss to a mediocre Auburn team on the road and a 1-pt loss to Arkansas are now moral victories. GEEZ!!

"But LSU offered little to no resistance at times — especially early in the second half"
This team has such low expectations that if Coach get them to play hard for just part of the game it is a moral victory. So sad.

Whole program and fans have low expectations. It's why Rick Stansbury getting us to 19 wins a season and 2nd rd out in the NIT is looked at like manna from heaven. Why we can't/won't aspire for better is sad.

My prediction was a loss by 15 so they exceeded my expectations. I truly wish for success for the Tigers but, being realistic about the team, one cannot watch them play without expecting a loss based on the combination of performance/coaching. GEAUX Tigers anyway....

I didn't take it as throwing sunshine on whats going on. Honestly I see it as more of a jab at the program, which is deserved.

Perhaps, though I don't see that in character for Sheldon, I don't really know him so maybe.
