Where does Mills fit when he returns?
Adams and Jefferson have been pretty great.

Thomas has been pretty good, too. I think we see a rotation of the three safeties. It will be hard to sit Jefferson right off the bat as he has been all over the field. It's tough on a team like LSU to be injured and lose your place but it happens. I give the edge to Adams and the other two are interchangeable.

Adams and Jefferson have shite on lock down. That tandem is strong.
I think Mills replaces Thomas at NB for sure. If/when he's 100% healthy.
Thus far, Thomas hasn't looked like the same player pre-injury. He doesn't have that explosiveness and change of direction skills he flashed before. Maybe it returns over time.
I'm very surprised Paris hasn't been subbed in at NB to this point. Maybe he hasn't practiced covering the slot at all.

Haven't been that impressed with d. Thomas this year compared to last year. Same may go mills coming of surgery.

I love the luxury of moving Adams to nickel and putting Mills opposite Jefferson. That's a killer combo with Toliver and White at CB.

Don't see Mills taking over for Jefferson at all. This guy is going to get even better as the year progresses. We'll need Mills to swap in the nickel package and rotate in safety spots.
