About coaching changes

So can we officially say that Coach O and Wilson aren't going anywhere if there out running around the country recruiting right now? Just wondering because I feel like keeping these two coaches is serious for the future of this team in recruiting especially on the defense line because until we get back to the Glenn Dorsey days we may keep seeing the same results and yes I think Coach O can get us there with time.
