We didn't get a single first down in the first half of the seccg and didn't cross the 50 in the NC with zero points.
I'm not propping either, just trying to shine a light on the truth of the situation.

You should remember those were the #1 and #5 Ds, where out of the 1st 8 games, maybe MSU had a decent D.
When JJ faced similar lesser Ds of the Hogs, WKU and OM he had a good performance.
Considering the stiffer Ds he faced, JJ being 1.3% less in completions, and .4ypa less than Lee pretty much evens things out.
Neither deserves the hate perpetuated on this site.
The gaff between the 2 QBs isn't as large as many make it out to be.

Addai broke off a hell of a run.

And you have to like running a fake FG when you're ahead 34-3.

Everybody on that team thought he had taken over the starting QB job. Les comes back from touring Iraq and announced before fall practice that JR would be the starter, and I almost had a heart attack. Flynn was by far a better QB.

Aaaaahhhh... now that's a bowl game. One where you get to play a school from ANOTHER CONFERENCE. I miss those.

Thanks. I took a diversion on YouTube when I saw the Gator Bowl vs So Carolina. That brought back memories seeing the Wendell Davis cabbage patching with Rogee. Awesome.

Living in the ATL, I've had opportunities to attend this game as well as many others. Looking forward to being more than one dimensional. God knows how we've waited. Just can't wait until September!
