I wish people wouldn't do stuff like that but if there is one thing I have learned to count on people for, it is idiocy. I work in the controls and automation world and one thing I assure people of is that while it is good to try to account for the probable dumb mistakes people make in your control strategy and programming you should not ever think you have made something idiot-proof. I tell them if you ever make it idiot-proof, they will simply spawn a better idiot.

Doesn’t matter if he was caught or not. The allegations were made and LSU simply asked him to explain himself. He chose not to. LSU told him explain yourself or be suspended. He chose the latter, lawyered up like a little bitch, knowing the consequences and terms of his silence quit on his own team.

For all the shite he put LSU through and as great as he supposedly was the simple fact remains he never made it past the sweet 16.

This is an LSU board, I'm an LSU fan. Not a Wade fan, not a McMahon fan, an LSU fan. I will support and root for the team and the guy we have, until such time as he ain't here anymore. Then my support goes to the next guy. You can criticize him all you like, that's part of being a fan. But whining over Wade now, is worse than those who continuously whined about Saban leaving. At least Saban won a title, and left a standing program. And he didn't put us in the NCAA spotlight in the process.

yes, like LSU lost to nicholls. except mcneese is 9-1 in conference and having a dominant historic season. they are 21 positions higher than LSU in the NET, the most relevant metric for the tournament

Right now, LSU actually is in better position. They have 9 regular season games left, and a (very improbable) run would put them in the NCAA. You can say it won't happen and that's fine; but if they DID win out, they are in.
Barring a big run, they would have to win the SEC tournament.

McNeese has to win the Southland Conference tournament; the rest of the regular season games are irrelevant. They're not getting an at-large bid.

your claim that
