Yeah. It would feel strange for me as well for both reasons you listed. But put the age and team preference aside and enjoy the game from the perspective that few fans have had.
And then please post here after the game of your experience there, okay?
I had the experience while playing in the Band of being on the field of TS and still enjoy reflecting on those.
By the way, one cool thing they used to do for kids at the old Alex Box, I hope they still do, was a Easter egg hunt following a game there. I still remember how excited the kids, mine included, of being allowed on the field and hunt for candy after watching the Tigers play. I still remember mine describing it as "best Easter forever"
