Now read this slowly so you understand, if there is a promise to pay a certain amount of money for a specific action for a specific period and the time is shortened, there are very specific penalties to be paid.
It is pretty common.

Do you lash out because you are universally disliked on this message board? It's just a forum for people to talk or vent (because this is, after all, the rant), so don't take it so seriously.

The money is there, they won't spend it. But I would imagine Alleva is getting overrun today.
Gray is on a last desperate heave. By his logic, you can't talk about wildfires if you dont head out West and suit up to fight them.
At least everyone agrees he needs to go, some are just in the last desperate stages of reconciling that in their minds.
