Please list the 5 losses, with your rationale for each.

... I'll wait...

Auburn - they will be better this year by a mile. Their QB play will make them able to really run that offense. Say what you want, against true HUNH multiple offenses, we don't know how we will be able to handle it. The small sample size from the 1 true offense with a QB that could complete a 20 yd pass, resulted in 39 points last year. Chavis defenses were built to stop these. Their defense will be good.

Bama - not even explaining the reason.

UF - Zaire isn't a slouch a Team QB. Their offense will be much improved. The game is away. and the fact is, they were VERY deep on defense last year with how many points they actually gave up - Bend but don't break.

MSU - it will be an upset, or will it? Todd Grantham will make their defense much improved. This game will be a close, but Fitzgerald is the best QB in the league and I trust Mullen's offense to be improved running that spread. For that reason and our LB/ DB play not being strong early, we drop this one.

Ole Miss - we will not lose, but what will Patterson will be good, very good.

So which road loss in the SEC is the loss that makes it 5? UT? Or Arky? How good will Allen be? He threw for an SEC leading 3400+ in his starts and has a year's experience. The guy can play. They also got a new D.C. That will be the difference. The game will likely be cold and after a beat down from Bama with the grind getting long, this game is a loss.
If that happens all of the rest of the dominos will fall including a loss to TAMU.

Easy to predict we lose every meaningful game. People are freaking out and we should be just as talented as last year except maybe safety and Oline. Maybe WR. But what has wide receivers done in Miles offense anyways. Oline worries me but our starting 5 will be almost as good as last year. As for safety, we're DBU and Delpit and Harris have me pumped. O won the Arkansas and A&M game last year after we lost to Bama. Miles couldn't do that.
9-3 or 10-2 is my guess

Auburn's defense will be tough.
Their QB is average. He and Etling had similar seasons last year and QB is apparently a "weakness" for us.

Zaire isn't a slouch

Yes he is. Again, they'll be good on defense, but you spook too easy about our defense.

Todd Grantham will make their defense much improved

In one season he's going to turn around a defense that allowed 460ypg ON AVERAGE? If you believe this defense will be improved enough for them to win this game, I'm really not sure what to tell you.

Not saying we win all of these games, but your attitude of hopeless negativism isn't based on reality.

They won't have to be on the field as long because their offense will be much better this season. That's the basis for the defense which is designed to give up yards but not points.

Lmfao... Wow so much idiocy in this post I really don't know where to start. So LSU is going to lose to Miss State? We walked through the game last year and were up 21-0 could have gotten bad if we had a coach willing to step on the gas. Florida will not move the ball against this defense. Auburn will be good and Bama will be as well. Auburn game is in DV, they really struggle in DV and that guy they have playing QB will shite when he finally meets a real defense. Will be his first real test of the year and we all know how that goes for QBs first entering DV, not good. Bama is the only game that you can say will truly be tough but we still had them 0-0 in the 3rd quarter.

The fact of the matter is that LSU was very close to being undefeated last year. Not one team whipped up on LSU and that was with a makeshift offense. We have the real deal this year. LSU is going to run some teams out of the stadium this year. This IS NOT the same Les Miles teams of old. This shite is going to get good!

Barring something crazy we're going to be favored in that game and they haven't beaten us in Baton Rouge in nearly 20 years, but you may not be up to speed on their QB situation.

Would you care to post the average ranking of the defense LSU "whipped" last year? Hint: Southern Miss was the best around 70th.
What about those AWESOME scoring offenses?

UF before the departure of Grier versus after is astounding. He was a freshman. They have a senior transfer. How many points did we score?

Hurts may not even play for Bama after this other kid puts pressure on him. He was one dimensional and we didn't make him that way.

LSU OLine and backend will not be better this year. The slime is the only improved position group. Beckwith was a tackling machine.

UF, AU both got a lot better... Allen at Arky was the best QB in the league, but their defense was shite. So will it turnaround. Don't know, but they got a good D.C...
Our offense should be better but will it be that much better that we can improve beyond the improvements of the opposition?

There are a shite ton of unknowns and losses of leadership with LF, Adams, Beck, TWhite, and Pocic. These men were the equivalent of having losses of the middle infield, catcher and center fielder in baseball.
Three of them were calling their respective groups plays and audibles.
Damn some people on here just believe you can plug and play that level of talent with that much freaking experience.
Put the crack pipe down and take off your Dollar Store purple sunglasses.

They lost their captain and a very smart player who called their plays.
So I'm not holding my breath for them to be better. Stupid if you believe that they will be.

Yes, those were great players.

But we still have Guice, Key, Jackson, White, Clapp all a year older and a bunch of other talented guys. I wouldn't trade our roster with anyone in the SEC other than Bama.

You mean those two leaders that didn't play in the beat down of Louisville and their Heisman trophy winner? I don't know if you noticed, because I'd assume you were too busy being miserable, but white was a monster in that game and I expect he will show that with an all American type year this year.

You have problems guy. Seek counseling.

Then I can mark you down as someone who thinks we don't have the talent (experience) to win 10+ and it's not on the coach.

I'll hold you to that.

I actually think they win 10+. We'll see who's right.
