#5 and #7 On Field

At the same time, anybody remember what happened when we play them both?
Touchdown from what I remember.. the entire defense bit on that reverse... With how shitty our pass game is, you'd figured they'd run some type of Shotgun/option pass thing with #5 and #7 both on the field at the same time.
You either cover #7 and give it to Guice or you bite on the fake to Guice and I don't have to tell you what happens when Leonard has the ball.
The way I see it, if you can't pass, have multiple rushing options to help out for the sluggish throwing abilities we have.

I have no idea why LSU didn't try to make Bama's LBs cover Guice in space. He's a very tough matchup for any LB. The week before the game I made a post that they should do that but wouldn't. I got ripped for being a negative a-hole who for some reason wasn't convinced that what LSU did in the first 7 games wasn't going to work against Bama

It just doesn't make sense.. both of those guys are animals.. they need to be on the field at the same time. They both pretty big and Guice is feisty.. i'd trust them for Pass blocking.. hell you'd think it was a sure fire run with them both on the field... just opens things up tremendously when you lose your best blockers
