3rd base coach debacle

I believe its former pitcher now volunteer grad assist Nolan Cain out there. Not piling on him but hes been shaky all year on decisions. Bases loaded 2 outs ball to wall down line shld clear bases! Fraley had zero chance obviously thrown out at home with 1 out. Grounder back up middle doesnt score fastest guy on team from 2nd. Followed by dbl play. Hes cost us likely 3runs. Unacceptable

Auburn has 7 runs already. You really think base running is going to win or lose this game?

Regroup and rethink your post. This team has much bigger problems then the 3rd base coach!

When i posted it was 6-2 leaving 3 runs on board. 3. Runs means less pressure on pitching and possible monentum. Instead we finally pickup 3 clutch hits with RISP and we waste 3 runs. Yes it matters. Or u can just say we suck and will lose regardless of anything. Thats the spirit of the rant.

The grounder up the middle was a liner toward the feet of the second baseman so Freeman had to freeze.

Post wasnt about those things. Certainly aware of plethora of issues. Squandering precious runs because of sloppy base coaching is poor. Idea is to score as many as u can and hope u have more after 9. Wasting chances decreases already small odds. isnt that what forum is for? To discuss shite just like this

Thats only point. Our chances are better being aggressive. Smart but aggressive. Esp with speed like freeman. He had better chance scoring than we did getting him home from 3rd.

Can y'all imagine how ridiculous it would look if we had a coach out their wearing batting gloves and swimming goggles waving runners around the bases? Let's just count our blessings.
