was sitting in the SOUTH end zone. As far away as you could be. The immediate roar when Fuller caught it was indescribable.

Was sitting in the student section when it happened. We, of course, all went crazy. My cousin went especially bananas. Turns out LSU had just covered the spread and he was now able to pay his rent!

I actually taped the game that night (saw Prince in concert- best show I've ever seen), and didn't see "the play" until about 5am. Keep in mind I lived in Virginia and this was WAY before the smartphone era so I had ZERO trouble watching the game later without hearing anything about it while they played.

You are correct. I was on a top floor balcony outside a dorm room in Houston trying to keep the radio signal out of Shreveport (KWKH).

Sitting in south end zone with my brother in law and a physician friend of mine. Unfortunately both have passed on too soon but we had a blast that night and didn’t make it home until noon on Sunday
