And my goodness he's regressed so much. 3 years to improve and I still can't figure out how he still has a scholly.

I wouldn't say regressed. I would say he hasn't gotten any better.

Unless they think he has no potential or will transfer anyway, they should've redshirted him this year or pull a Geert and redshirt him his senior year.

His turnover to possession ratio is close to 1. Either a walk (75%) or charge (25%)

Hasn't regressed, but he is pretty much a lost cause at this point. He is about as tough as a teddy bear and as well coordinated as a baby gazelle.
