2017-18 Football jersey change?

Noticed on twitter today, several different college football teams are getting the newer style Nike jerseys. Similar to the gold ones we wore last season against Mississippi state. Anybody know if our jerseys will be getting the same upgrade?

If they ever do decide to go with newer Nike unis, I'd fully expect a very traditional look and no major changes, if any at all. The SEC is steeped in tradition, and those LSU inis are part of it.

That's not what OP is even talking about. He's talking about the new uniform template jerseys that they used against Mississippi State

Pretty sure they are using that new template. It's nikes "latest and greatest." They use our current design with the new template.

Just saw an ole miss account on twitter showing their new uniforms this year with the new "vapor untouchable" jerseys. Past couple years they've had the same style jerseys as us but I noticed this new jersey looks like pre-2012 with the shorter strips around the tops of shoulder pads. If so I hope lsu follows.
