2016 Baseball Schedule--kinda weak non-conference

Really does not look very exciting, especially non conference. Why not schedule some teams that will challenge us--make us better, and if we make CWS it would not be such a difference in the pitching we face...

You're not gonna face a teams ace in non conference games anyway

We might not get our 50+ win seasons if we did that.

if you schedule a weekend series with one you will. i don't think he was insinuating picking up a midweek game against someone good

We play in the SEC.
I don't understand how adding a team from another conference will help us that much compared to just playing our conference schedule. (Besides RPI of course)

Which SEC teams did we play this year that had comparable pitching to TCU?

Very young team next year and still trying to pay for a stadium.
At least LSU made the Houston trip last year and will head to ND in 2016.
