McMillan is about 183 now. He's built a little thicker than Harris coming in.

I don't find Mcmillan's motion to be slow at all. He draws it back a little straighter than most. Mechanically, his elbow is a bit low, but he gets some zip on the ball and throws a very accurate deep ball. The kid is a champion. It wouldn't shock me to see him really push the other guys to work hard to stay ahead. He's going to put in the work. McMillan has stated that he'd prefer to redshirt, but I think with a spring under his belt, he may not need to.

Hoping with more upper body strength McMillan won't have to wind up as much on the deep throws. But he looks like a good prospect to me and hopefully he won't have to play soon.

McMillan looks like he can throw on the run, and the lefty will change things up.
