Nothing against Shepard, he was a great represenative of LSU while he was here.

Every year it's hype about some high school athlete who is gonna come in and be the next Percy Harvin. Our offense has been boring as hell for years and I don't ever expect us to use a guy like that to his full potential. In tired of hoping and waiting.

outside of 1 game, our offense was not boring this year. We put up a ton of points & left teams hurting.

I have to disagree with you, We were not boring this year at all while JL was in.... In fact, we were a well balanced offense that I enjoyed watching.. We ran the ball well, and RR had become a deep threat. OBJ was catching and running... So, I am not giving up yet, Mett will be allowed to sling the ball... I have high hopes for our passing game next season.

Except Turner is not a high school athlete, he is already on the team and he was not a big time recruit, I think he was a 3*.

I realize what year paul turner is and what kind of recruit he was. But it's the same thing.

And I do agree that our offense was great under Lee. It's just not ever gonna be the type of offense that uses every weapon we have as long as Miles has the reigns. That's okay with me but people gotta realize that fast athletes aren't gonna come in and shock the world unless they can catch and block.

Turner is gonna be what Shep was supposed to be?? What's that, a QB?? A wildcat threat?? A return man?? John Williams was the best retun man anyone had ever seen according to practice rumors. The guy never played. Hype is for high school. Quit building kids up to be great when they may never even see the field.
