yep...lee was in the doghouse big time for some reason...

Clearly. I think among LSU fans, what happened to Lee at the end of the season is one of the most asked questions and will never be answered.

I mean you have the first half struggles vs Georgia and the entire game vs Bama. To not try Lee to see if a change of pace would ignite something...seems like there was more than just Miles preference for JJ.

Still has to be one of the biggest coaching blunders of all time going into a College football NC having your starting QB not get a SINGLE first down in first half of the game before, then have over 5 weeks to prepare and not make a single offensive adjustment is just as mind boggling and unbelievable going on 4 years later as it was the night of 01/09/11.

Jarvis Landry was a kick coverage monster.

That Auburn game was one for the books as far as kick coverage was concerned

Sure would be nice to get another natty, so I can enjoy the 2011 season more than I do now

Yep. There were MAJOR warning signs for the offense going into the NC after this game

And Les did nothing. And insulted Lee by having him take a knee in the SEC Championship game. The first half of this game was the mirror of the entire game against Bama and Les did nothing. All Bama had to do was watch film of the first half and know that Miles would stick with running it up the middle and Jefferson acting like some sort of duel threat.

OBJ and Landry couldn't catch until 2013.

It amazes me that our team was this good and had that bad of QB play down the stretch.

Check out Murrays stat line. Pretty atrocious. Sure he had more yards, but he threw it 20 more times. 2 picks and 1 fumble. And that's from a QB that broke records.
