Do we always only have one off week?
Answer to own question: It looks that way, I must be misrembering.

Whose 2011 schedule is that? It's not LSU's.

It's mine. What do you think?

Coastal Carolina? Eastern Washington? Do they even have football teams?

In my world they do.
I think my schedule will give us a lot of confidence going into the 3 game road stretch at the end of the end of the season.

Well some of the conference game dates are switched around. And we only need to fill one open spot. We're already playing Northern Illinois week 1, Houston week 2, and Tulane game 9.
We only need to fill a week 4 hole.
ETA: Or was that just a total remake of the schedule? It has to be.

Marshall at Huntington, WV
Are we seriously playing a road game at Marshall?
Tulane, TCU and Marshall rate home games with us, but USC et al don't?

Damn right. You wana talk about freak accident. He never touched anybody. I watched the replay over and again to see if someone landed on it or what. He was just running down the field and his leg broke. Crazy.
I'm not adding much, except to say that that was absolutely sickening to watch, and my in-law who is an Orth. M.D., said he must have already had a stress fracture for that to have happened.
I hope the kid comes back, and it is amazing to me that they often do with modern med.
