In Coach Hunter's only game as the team's head coach, unranked LSU (2-7, 0-6) dominated #17 Arkansas (7-3, 4-3) in their lone victory over a conference opponent that season.

LSU won that game 35-10.

Hopefully, we get the same type of intensity and results for the remainder of this season.

Hunter and the remaining staff made quick fixes of what Gerry had broken through stubbornness. Hopefully, we see that again.

Was also there. Went to the game with my future bride and got freebies outside and had a good time!

Yep. Reason to be optimistic. Similar situation, both teams had/have the talent to win big games.

There was also a load lifted off that team's collective shoulders now that the whole DiNardo/Tepper fiasco was over. They bounced out onto that field and played like a team with nothing to lose.

Rohan to Reed came from that game. LSU would thrive on that combination for the next two years.
