We were #1, but we had a lower score against NC State last week, which dropped our ranking. Gymnastics rankings are all about your score, not necessarily who wins.

I am also really excited about Cannamela, she can be really good! She can be very good on vault, bars, and beam. She needs to clean up a few things.
Mckenna Kelley will be very good for us on floor too. I like how we are taking our lumps right now. I mean we need to develop these freshman somehow and the only way is through experience.
DD wasn't very happy last night, I think she is frustrated with how some of the performances went. She knows how good we can be. We need to clean up a few things.

Lets also be honest, its incredible how good we can still be considering we lost Jessie Jordan, Courville, and Hall. We lost two ELITE AA. And an Hall on floor. Its pretty damn impressive we still are elite after losing all of that.

Totally excited about last nights meet with Kentucky!
The freshman potential is the highest I have seen in 10 years! Several first year mistakes last night, but the good thing is that next year they will be sophomores!
Great mix of seniors, juniors, sophomores and of course the very talented freshmen! The scoring will pickup in mid-season just like the other years.
Excited to see these super-smart young ladies perform in the Elite levels of college gymnastics!
