Are you saying the chances of victory were equal with 6 or 30 seconds?

I'm saying we weren't going to score either way.

Hilliard had a pretty good game. It's not like we have scrubs behind Hill. I wouldn't have done it, but he did. Oh well, you're not going to agree with a coach all the time. I don't think that costed us the game. It certainly doesn't call for him to be fired (not saying you are in that crowd).
It doesn't matter. Those other 3 aren't on the same level as Hill. Would Richt have benched Gurley if he fumbled once

Not very far off from it.

I do remember the 90s and this is a lame argument. It will never be the 90s again. Saban created this by laying the blueprint for home state recruiting. And even if LSU gets back to 90s production, as a fan I am willing to take that risk. As a fan, I want greatness; not losing to Ole Miss when they are playing with 3rd stringers. LSU under Les habitually isn't ready to play and he is the master of squeaking out wins. I am in the, I wish Less would have taken the Arky job crowd. In his defense, he does win games, but will always be like his mentor Bo; he will win 10-11 games but never another nattty championship. 2 loss Less. This year, 3-4 loss Less.

He missed 8 snaps on offense. Let's not act like he sat the whole game.

Excuses for what? He wouldn't have gotten all 8 of those touches, and we still averaged over 5 yards per carry.

With Mettenberger playing like Jarrett Lee, Hill should have had 30 carries in that game.

So for years we went Les out of the play calling, now your tune has changed?

Les was a terrible play caller
We need to run hill on the outside when they load the box.

For years the complaint was that the offense was all on Les (short side option, etc). Now that Mett had a bad game in Cam's system that doesn't resemble any offense we had recently, it's Les's fault again?

Yeah this would have worked out really well in the second half when we were down 17-0 5 minutes into the third. Specially since Mett started playing better in the second half.

did the Florida and Ole Miss game feel like the first 4 games system?

It's a moving target, they'll have an answer for everything.

What does that have to do with what I said?

1. UF was game 7, so there were 6 other games, not 4
2. The game plan against UF was obviously tweaked to game plan against the UF defense that is pretty good. It was an effective game plan that allowed us to win by double digits.
3. The play calling in the Ole Miss game felt exactly like the first 6 games. The execution on the part of the quarterback was not the same.
