Either coach O starts winning big and actually does a good job.

Or we will be looking for a new coach again in 2 years.

If this fails miserably every body gets fired from the top down.

Problem is in two years we will be looking to replace Odgeron with candidates from a list of coaches like Odgeron

We will be right back where we were when we had to hire Dinardo because LSU could not attack anyone better.

This is the cost of what hiring Odgeron and him failing means for LSU.

LSU became irrelevant again today.

No, in 2 years if the new VT coach is successful, he will be a great candidate if O fails. Or even, Lane K. might be ready....there will always be an up and coming coach. If you knew which ones will turn out like Saban and Meyer then you would have spent 10M a long time ago to keep Saban, but you don’t.

And either the sun will rise in the west tomorrow. Or it will rise in the east on Monday morning.

Should Coach O end up actually being in above his head, I see LSU's next HC being already on staff in the person of Aranda or whomever the new OC may be. That being said, let's all pull for unprecedented success for Coach O and for LSU Football as well!
