Several sites are reporting that he actually looked better than Ramirez at the camp. He is still in contact with the coaches so an offer may come in the near future.

Frankly, I don't know what Corey and those guys are waiting on. This kid plays the game the way it should be played. He's got phenomenal ball skills and the flexibility to come off the edge the way Tyrann did. You can guys be the judge, but I think his film is off the charts.

Ramirez was competing with a minor hamstring injusry or something like that.

I didn't see much top end speed in his film. I wonder if speed was/is a concern? Hudl says he runs a 4.85 forty. Don't know if that is true or not.

Is the 4.85 forty time listed on his profile correct. He looks faster than that.

Maybe, but I doubt that's his best time. It's probably from Sparq and I've always seen some off times when they measure. He probably only ran it once, his second attempt would be around a 4.6.

Two recruits at the Sparq championship ran way different times between their 1st and 2nd attempt. One went from a 4.7 to 4.55 and another went from a 4.55 to 4.34. The Sparq measurements can vary greatly from one attempt to the next or from one day to another.

This guy is a ballhawk and a helluva football player. Forty times aren't the usually the best indicator of talent. He was fast enough to blanket receivers this week according to several different sources.
