The deal is he can play baseball as long as it does on interfere with football. He is on schollie for football so that has to be his main focus.

The article on him said he wouldn't miss any football. If he is able to make a baseball game during the spring football time he will but, football is priority #1.

This is a non issue IMHO. Chad jones played football and baseball and miles was at the games. If Ware is as good as i heard he was than PM will use him somehow.

I think the will work without any hiccups.

I think now it's a non-issue due to the way they're handling the situation. If he missed all of spring practice for baseball, I think Ford would be the starter in the fall. Ford might still be the starter, but glad Ware will have a legit chance to compete.

Ware is significantly better than Ford IMO.

I think he's better as well. I think Ford would've been the starter though if Ware skipped all of the Spring though.

Ware is an incredibly hard worker and a very focused athlete. He is a great addition to the baseball team even if his contribution is off the field. Great pickup for Miles and Maineri. Just an aside-the Chad Jones/Spencer Ware football plus another sport is an aberration. I can only think of one other example, Charlie Ward. Miles is a very patient coach and is great for the LSU sports community.

I don't see where you guys get this. Ware had his good game in the Cotton Bowl.

Ford had multiple decent games with multiple decent runs.

Both shared the carries.

It's your opinion, I understand that, but I think "significantly" is a pretty strong word to use here.

I personally think Ford has the edge on Ware.

Chris Jackson was on scholarsip as the kicker on the LSU football team and played third base for the baseball team from 2005-2007. Also one of the best ever two sport athletes was Deion Sanders. He was a star in both football and baseball at Florida State, as was Bo Jackson at Auburn.

Literally speaking he does.....Ware is more of the guy that impresses me between the tackles......I like Ford on the edge.

unless someone is at practice, the limited snaps we've seen each play in games makes it hard to say either is "significantly" better than the other IMO

I think most of us would argue which one we thought was better. Significantly? I think you are making stuff up.

What am I making up? My opinion?

We haven't seen a ton of either. However, from what I've seen I think Ware is clearly the better back.
