I can see them giving Austin Thomas recruiting coordinator title. Have him organize and say who goes where and have the coaches go out and only recruit their guys and not have to worry about anything else administration wise.

Corey Raymond deserves that position just as much if not more.

A better question is does he want to be named Recruiting Coordinator? That is a work load that alot of individuals would not want. Put that on top of coaching an regular recruiting duties....wow! Could there be a possibility of Co coordinators for recruting. Really don't want to take away effectiveness of Coach O and how he recruits.

Get BDP away from special teams and it's a get hire.

I think there is a difference between a great recruiter and a great recruiting coordinator.
The latter title suggests a level of organization, discipline and administrative skills that some excellent recruiters may lack.
Some of the names being tossed about here may not be well suited to the job.

My vote is Austin Thomas. He has been successful wherever he has been and has learned under Coach Frank Wilson for years. He has the knowledge and credibility be give this position imo.

Can't... It has to be a position coach and it will be Coach O. He was RC at USC/ Tenn and he is a master at it. Pretty much revolutionized the recruiting game.
