If I remember correctly, he was ready to commit, but we said thanks but no thanks.

Look at the position he plays and think about the poor job LSU has done this decade in developing and recruiting solid SEC quarterbacks.

Me too. This is just another thing that makes me glad he's gone.

dude ... this was the same coaching staff that RGIII, Tyler Wilson and Jordan Jefferson at the same camp, and chose only to offer JJ.

Then the mystery is finally solved. That is the moment JJ discovered the naked Miles pics.

I completely agree with you, but in shorts and a helmet, I'm sure JJ looked much better than RGIII and Wilson on pure arm talent. People forget how good he was at destrehan until miles got a hold of him.

Wouldn't have mattered if Andrew luck committed to lsu and stayed all 4 years. Results would have been the same and luck would be a lot poorer.

Be honest with yourself.

He wouldn't have played in a system that maximized his abilities.

He wouldn't have been developed into anything worth a shite.

So it doesn't really matter that he didn't come here. Mason Rudolph at LSU =/= Mason Rudolph at OSU.

Easy answer...Miles was/is an idiot when it came to QBs. Wouldn't recognize one if he knocked his hat off from the parking lot on a dead run with 20 mile an hour crosswind in a fog. He would probably want to know " hey who kicked the ball into the lot that the track guy kindly threw back as he was hurried to get out of the weather"

He would have just been another victim of the Les QB steamroller.

Les was the fricking peej of picking QBs

Indeed. And Brandon Harris might have developed into Lamar Jackson if he had committed to Okie State and been developed by Gundy.

It is what it is.
