Because he has character and went with his word. Out of all the ones we missed, I ain’t mad about this one. Faith restored a bit in the youth coming up

That’s 100% NOT it…if u watched his commitment u can tell that young man isn’t about the dumb shite. No fluff, no trickery, no theatrics…he sat down said he’s going to aTm and unzipped his jacket, that was it. Seemed completely uninterested in the limelight. My 0.02 is he will be at aTm for his entire collegiate career. I don’t look for him to be a portal drama guy after that lowkey LOI signing. Great job by the staff to make it as close as they did.

Why couldn't A&M reel in Keylan Moses ? That's a close equivalent to what you're asking.
The fact that we affected his recruitment as much as we did is a testament to the amazing job our staff did with him.
He has been an A&M lock since they started recruiting him as an 8th grade.
Sometimes there's nothing that can beat out home.

Not sure why the downvotes. As an offshore fisherman, this analogy made sense. Win some, lose some and we fought hard to get him.
Bussey stuck with his commitment and I respect that.

Alumni can be people he knows who have been avid fans he's witnessed all his lives. They don't have to be wealthy alumni giving the school millions every year.
