It sounds just like the BR police to set up checkpoints. They do it every year. Probably for increased income for city. It's one of the reasons why the bash has gone downhill in attendence each year. Need to move Bash to NOLA and the area and party till your arse falls off.

Yea - they did when it was downtown, on like one of the only entry ramps to the interstate.
