Grant Delpit. Going to surprise some people when he gets on the field.

Queen is nasty at the lb position. He brings the wood. Also, Harris is versatile. He can play corner or safety. CEH in open space will be sick. Decaulus is freakish. I'm expecting Moffitt to come up big. He is the least talked about player of all. The validity of his scholly was questioned. I think he & CEH plays with a chip on their shoulders all year. Kirkland will prove to be valuable. I love the whole class. They're nasty from top to bottom.

Re-Deculus, I think everyone has forgotten that we landed one of the best roadgrading OT's in the country, also a position of need. One of the strongest guys at the Opening. Has had that LSU hat on for a long time and stuck with it.

Iv'e been saying it for weeks now but Kary Vincent is by far my favorite recruit. great personality that fits LSU's mold, hell of a recruiter, and is an absolute dawg on the field. He will be a very special player for us.

Jacoby. I think he has the potential to be a 'hybrid' Peterson/Honey-Badger type player with his size, speed and ATH ability. Really looking fwd to seeing him as a ST standout FR yr, and potentially in the DB rotation. Having him an as EE is going to be HUGE! He is the 'freak' in the DB group.

Really is profound when you look at the DEF ATH's gained at each level - Chaisson, Phillips and Jacoby...and others.

I think Tiger fans are going to love them some Austin Deculus. Todd Harris has the makings of a star safety to me for some reason, just looks like a smart, fast and aggressive dude.

The sleepers, McMath and Kirklin can ball..just wait. This is a cornerstone class.

I think Phillips is going to be a big time player at ILB. In a few years I think he will be looked at in the same group as Beckwith, Minter, Sheppard, James. He looks every bit the part right now.

I'm sure this will come across as just sour grapes, but in the few times I watched Wilson and Shelvin, Shelvin impressed me more. Now, he's got to get in much better shape, but for a huge kid he is very quick. He could be a big time disrupter inside

This guy! Delpit has all the makings of Laron 2.0. I think most pepole forget that Laron was bean poll (170) when he came to us! This guy has the best hunger to hit since Chad Jones!IMO

There are plenty to consider as favorites...... this class is loaded with talent. My favorite LSU recruit for this class would be Sir Philips, simply because he gave his pledge during a tough time for Tiger fans that were following this class. Things had come to a standstill and many fans like me were starting to get a little considered that we wouldn't lockup any quality LB's. He didn't wait to NSD to make a big deal of it, its almost like he knew the fans and the staff needed a good shot in the arm

Also a big shout out to Todd Harris because he show loyalty to LSU and stayed home and he didn't deflect to Bama like the other top prospects did!! I was not a position of need for the team, but he rose above that and made the decision to join an elite group of DB's!! Thanks Todd Harris Losing him to Bama would have been a tough blow.

And Chaisson was a huge pick up for the final stretch that we needed in a big way.

I love this class from top to bottom

If he's anything like Darren Sproles then definitely CEH.

ESPN 300 running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire could remind some of a taller version of Darren Sproles.
