We realy don't know people on here act like they
know. One factor is the level of comptition each played against. They are rated closely. Herron is rated 3rd DE and 5* ,RN is 1st DE and 5*. I think Chavis is the better DC and he and Brick plus moffit will mean he will surpass RN.

I have seen RN and I don't see a killer instincts. He is no Clowney and my real belief is that Tunsil was the number 1 player! RN is 6-5 275 and runs an est 4.65...

Personally, as far as upside, there appears to be little difference to me. Based on film, I think that Nkemdiche is maybe, a little more ready to play right now (very similar to the differences i saw between Clowney and Montgomery - just thought Clowney was a little bit better on day one).
But, they are very similar athletes - the main difference is - Herron is coming in with a strong class on an already strong team. Nkemdiche is part of a very strong class on a "meh" team. Regardless of whether he's ready or not, Nkemdiche is a starter for Ole Miss right now (or whenever he reports).

Herron looks more flexible than nkmediche. Nkmediche looks really stiff. Nkmediche is more powerful but Herron is more agile.
