Does LSU have any limitations on early enrollees as a result of the Womack thing a year or so ago? I remember them having some restriction but can't remember what it was and for how long.

No. The punishment for that extended only to the Financial Aid paperwork. We can't offer that for 2 years now, IIRC. That paperwork binds the school to the prospect, but not vice versa.

Actually we just need one period. Despite what many people think, Harris will be the starter and that is a good thing. That means McMillan, Etling, and whoever we get will fight for a backup spot.
