What's the knock on Chasen Hines?

Barely rated a 4 star (90) and considered only the 11th best guard. Watched his highlights and all he does is bury people. The guy is strong as an ox and often simply shoves players down just using his upper body. He plays like he's at least a top 5 guard in the class and does so in Texas 5A competition. What gives?

Same thing with a lot of prospects. This early on it's mostly political. After he gets some more games under his belt they'll have to bump him

The guy doesn't look overweight like Shelvin did, though. He moves well too. Often pulls in the highlights.

Looks like he holds his weight pretty well in my opinion. Looks like a monster defensive tackle.

Who is knocking him? I'll watch him multiple times this season first person. Plays tough competition and will improve. LSU getting into the real East Texas helps. Really wish we were in for the Carthage RB.
