The few times I've watched Bama this year, Collins has been a beast.
He is another Craig Loston. Always looking for the big hit rather than play the position

What a stupid time to bring this up. This is positivity time about possibly our most epic class ever.

If I could turn back the clock on any of those guys, it would be Robinson. Did anyone else see the spotlight segment Mark May did on Robinson after the SEC title game? He was destroying Mizzou's linemen.

I'd say the most recent big loss was Matt Forte...we never offered. But that is still a loss due to poor evaluation. Some projected him as a fullback/LB type. IF that was the case on us not offering him, then why offer Jacob Hester. In comparison to the rest of the guys at his position in state that year...he seemed like the best option.

Jakouri Williams ended up at Tenn and moved to DB...Derron Thomas ended up at Miami and never did much. Jerald Watson went to Auburn and never did much.

Just a big evaluation loss there in my opinion...I said it back then too. He had pedigree and football IQ to go along with HS production and athletic ability.

Terry Bradshaw
Peyton Manning
Warrick Dunn out of BTR was always really big for me

These are recruits we lost not just didn't offer or missed on evaluation

I'd say Janzen more so than Landon.... If Janzen would not have made an 11th hour decision to change his commitment to Tennessee (and of course all of the trouble he got into while he was there) he would have been mentioned with PP7 as one of LSU's best DB's. JJ would have been a monster.
