Trovon only has one more visit to make which is coming up this weekend. He will take an official visit to Tennessee this coming weekend and then he will make his college decision on November 13th. It's a special day for Trovon, it marks his mother's birthday.

If true, I'm glad he's doing it on the 13th. Bucks the tradition of doing at the Army game or on NSD, and it allows whatever schools don't get him to adjust their recruiting plans and go forward from there.

I hope he picks LSU, but at least if he doesn't it still gives LSU a few months to do what they need in terms of Fobbs, Wright, or someone else along the way.

IF he chooses AU on the 13th, that doesn't mean LSU stops recruiting him....

Good call, I should have added that in my list. I guess what I was meaning to say is that it allows other schools to know what the deal is and move forward however they choose.

ESPNU150 wide receiver Trovon Reed (Thibodeaux, La./Thibodeaux) told ESPN affiliate EyeontheTigers.com over the weekend that he plans to announce his decision on Nov. 13, which is his birthday. He was in Baton Rouge for LSU’s 31-10 win against Auburn. Both teams are among his finalists and are considered the top two contenders with Auburn being the big favorite to land him.
