Last night on the Houston news the lead story on high school football showed Randal taking a kickoff and returning it 95 yards. He looked like a really fast running back as opposed to a OLB.

The sports caster mentioned LSU like 7 times and how happy LSU must be to getting a "Linebacker" that can return kickoffs at this level of high school football.

Also of note, I do not have video to link but when he got to the endzone he acted as if it was not his first time.

Still shocked he's still a 3-star...I'm excited about him.

here is a recap of the game:

Looks like pearland Dawson cut it to 27-22 and he returned the kick to seal the win:

Dawson tried to make it interesting early in the fourth quarter, when Kimble hit Stuart Watkins for a 15-yard touchdown. On the ensuing kickoff though, Trevon Randle ran it back 90 yards for a touchdown.

Yes, this was a great pickup for the Tigers. Hope LSU can keep him as NSD approaches.

Apparently, he is (or was last year) a running back.

I see him as a rivals 100 recruit.

Him being a 3 star is an absolute shame, and I'm not usually one to belly ache about stars.

Yeah Randle still being a 3 star is a crying shame.
Easily a top ten LB for this cycle.

Being under the radar a bit may help LSU keep him committed. Not a bad thing IMO.

Does Rivals still have him listed at 205 lbs? In a recent interview his coach said that he is up to 220 lbs. Great news.
