Like Peyton and Eli? Elite QB's are not very common if you're basing it on high school numbers.

Perrilloux was a 5-star. We signed Shepard from Texas who was a 5-star.

Jefferson was a Rivals 250 4-star.

I heard Jefferson told Rivals and Scout to frick off. He didn't want that 5th star and he didn't give a shite about recruiting rankings.

i think his question was recently which i would classify as this millenium prior to 2000. Most of the afore mentioned qb's were prior to 2000. But many good qb's have played this decade as has been previously noted on other posts.
