When I watch him I see a mixture of Walter Payton's catch and run ability, Emmitt Smith's power, Adrian Peterson's speed and Chris Johnson's swag. Obviously he'll be the greatest player to play football. SEC anuses beware. GOAT going in dry.

AP trucks NFL linebackers. This kid is great, but stop with this bullshite

i assume most people compare him to AD when he was the #1 recruit, not AD as an NFL star. Fournette now compares favorablly to Peterson 10 years ago.

He didn't. He said he is stronger than AP and even if he wasn't, I doubt he is stronger than AP as a HS senior. Adrian Peterson could've started in the NFL as a 17 year old. He was that strong.

Lets let LF be LF. He can blaze his own trail. I don't feel its necessary to compare him to someone who is a different style than him. He runs different than AP who is the most violent runner in the last 20 years.

Compare styles? Sure. Comparing strength with the strongest RB in the NFL? Come on.

All the other recruit talk this year = blah blah blah

Ive said it before and ill keep saying it

LF is the singular most important recruit in the last 4 or 5 years.

He is a one every 50 year player at his position. The kid is a phenom and i would not have a problem comparing him to AP or anyone else at 17 years old

OH and easily the number 1 player in the country regardless of who says otherwise.

This is funny every time it is posted. We all know he is a great player, but anyone that says this sounds like a 12 year old that doesn't know anything past 5 minutes ago.

Marcus Dupre, they did a 30 for 30 about Marcus Dupree, all kinds of stuff about what a stud recruit he was. That was the early 80's. Then there is Hershel Walker, Bo Jackson, Emmitt Smith, all guys that go buzz coming in as freshman long before the internet and rivals, 247 et al. This type of hyperbole is just setting everyone up for disappointment cause there is no way he's so much better than any of those guys or Peterson (10 years ago) Reggie Bush (11) Kevin Faulk (less than 20).

Gurley was 190lbs when being recruited. Today he is 230lbs. In comparison, LF is already 225lb with 4.4 speed or faster.

Hahahahaha

They have HS RBs every year of his caliber

He just went for 79 yards on 21 carries vs Karr. I mean come on buddy.

I saw Rummel hold him to like 8 yards last year in the 1st half

Great great player. But Peterson could have played in the NFL out of HS

Im not saying that.

He's great, but a once and 50 year player doesnt get shut down like that.
