Are they the next great ones an can they start as true freshman if so who spots get took?

On the contrary I think Toliver can take or at least push for White's spot physically a specimen the next PP7...

Neither will come in and start right away. Toliver is extremely talented but he's not going to play over three junior CBs early on in the season

If he's as good as advertised, he'll play, he won't start, but he will see the field.

Lewis has been playing everywhere for ESJ. Making amazing returns and running over everyone at QB. Amazing ath.

I don't care how talented these guys are, we need experience on defense right now because we are having way too many blown assignments due to youth out there with all the early entries
