He's the top Juco and a monster DT. Curious to see how this one plays out.

"You know where I want to be—at LSU, man," Valentine stated emphatically when asked where he would like to go. "I mean that became my home. This is my last chance to get things right. I know that. I have made some big changes in my life. Hopefully they will see that."

He'd be nice to have if he actually has changed, but were likely going to have an insane haul at DT this year so I won't lose sleep over it.

I don't trust him at all. I wish him the best, but there's no shot at him coming to LSU.

Do you know him? I'm pretty sure if he gets his "stuff" in order LSU could use the depth on DL.

If he is worth it then I say bring him back. I won't hold a grudge. LSU coaches will make the right decision on him I trust.

no shot? Unless you're an LSU coach then you have no clue what you're talking about.

If he's serious and makes the necessary changes, I bet the staff would take him back.

How did he leave? Was he apologetic or did he go out with both hands flipping off the staff? As long as he was respectful, I would think Les would give him a 2nd chance. Say what you will, but Les is definitely loyal.

I like what I read there. He took complete ownership of what went down, and says he has made changes. No excuses; no blaming someone else.

Was grades the main reason he left? No drug issues or anything? If it was mainly a grade thing and he gets them together I would like to see him back

If he's actually willing to go to classes and make the grades then yeah, I'm all for it.
