I would assume they have no one else to go, considering the the starter and backup were lost for the season against UCLA.

I love that you guys passed on him.

He tried to come crawling back to LSU, and was told LSU is nobody's second choice.

Kid fricked himself.

FIFY

Seriously, if that is the only reason he's not a Tiger, that's pretty weak.

The guy didn't help himself at LSU. Hope he does well at Houston though. Good system for him. I like Broadway but I think the kid was led astray by Germany's fascination with all things Saban.

I think a lot of LSU fans, myself included, will be keeping tabs on how well TB does at UH.

For the "what if" factor.

I wonder if he'll pass for more than 100 yards in his first collegiate start...

I'm going to venture a yes

I can tolerate anything as long as we keep winning.

I love the mantra that any piece of shite qb is better than what we got. Broadway wouldn't play here. He's the starter by default now because both their other qbs had season ending injuries last week.

No, Keenum got hurt.

To the guy that says he bets TB throws for over 100 yards in his first start...I bet Jefferson would throw for over 100 against Tulane, too. Just realize the competition he's playing against.

yep, the "Broadway threw for 400 yds against Tulane" threads this weekend will be annoying.

He would be in the same boat here that he is at Houston, just he got lucky that both QBs got hurt. He would be behind Jefferson and Lee, then would be behind them and Mettenberger next year, and then...I think you catch my drift
