Franklinton 62 Riverdale 0

Riverdale is in District and the are 5 - 0. Franklinton beat them 62 - 0 and had a TD called back as time ran out basically because they were beating them so badly. JV was in the entire second half and they still outscored them.

Yes, then they raped and pillaged the local communities.

Any one know TyTy game stats?

Running back Reggie Wilson had 111 yards and three touchdowns on seven carries in the first half. He also caught a touchdown pass. Quarterback Terrance Magee completed six of 10 passes for 166 yards and two touchdowns in the first half.

beating Riverdale is nothing to brag about, even if they were undefeated

Franklinton put 58 on Belle Chase last week. They are averaging 53 points per game.

Forgive us for being proud, we've never won a state title, this may be our best opportunity in twenty years.

I guess I'm the only one who watched that film?
Guy looks awesome to me, right up there with anyone from that class behind the top 4-5.

We will sign him as a RB. We will sign Hill, Hilliard, and Magee. We have Lache and Cincy(?) this year and Ford, and Ridley in the stable. 7 RB's in the program is not too much.

I agree that it's not too much. The best players will play. None of those RBs have proven jack.

Just wondering if anyone has read the pelicanpreps home page article on Franklinton? I use to have a rivals account but decided not to renew the membership this year. Can anyone sum it up with out breaking the eleventh commandment?

Go to www.fhsdemonfootball.com for scores, stats and photos regarding FHS Football.
FYI, Terrance Magee's father is Terrance "Max" Magee, former RB #43 84'-87' season, under Donald Currier. But Max did not play on the DOME team in '81

I hate the way the rankings are done for High School Football. Lutcher is the only team with an argument to be ranked over Franklinton in 4a IMO. I know Karr and Salmen are both great as well, but they should not be over F town. It really is too bad that it is too late for the Demons to schedule some heavyweights for the regular season next year out of district. I'd like to see them play Curtis in 2010.

Who's goin to the P.R. game Thursday night?
Posted on 10/24/09 at 10:34 am to traddrick
The Demons keep rolling and held one of the state's best backs scoreless and to only 21 yards on 22 carries. Terrance had his usual game but the stats are unavailable right now on NOLA. Friday night will be a matchup to remember, if Salmen has their starting QB back after his suspension problem.
