I think that's an unknown, but I'm pretty sure that everyone is looking forward to the test.

It really helps that LSU has no legitimate in-state competition for recruits.

That's true because the state of Texas could have it's own conference
Texas A&M
Baylor

Houston
Texas Tech
Rice
SMU
TCU

sure i missed some.

A month or two back, I'd agree, but now that he has his date set, I think he knows.

Texas State, UTSA, North Texas, and UTEP

ETA: North Texas after checking google.

Yes there was... Nebraska back when Tom Osborne was coaching in the 60's & 70's. Those cornfed boys from Nebraska didn't need a scholarship to play for that university. If they didn't get one they would walk on for the prividlege.....

And since he is taking a trip to T-town just prior, he's leaning heavily to Bama IMO...

Maybe - but, he could commit now and still make the visit. If he commits to LSU now, the Bama visit will likely be cancelled.

He may commit to Bama. The timing of the last visit often reflects a school choice. However, it is not dispositive.

No it didn't. It read exactly as he wrote it...and intended it.

Jacob Hester, Mo Claiborne, Tre White, Brandon Harris all say hello.

Just in the last few years off the top of my head. Screw the other guys who leave, but hate on north Louisiana completely

Or maybe he just wants to see the Tigers play Bama on Bama's dime...wouldn't you? He's made up his mind, prolly, and if he commits to LSU b4 the game, he might be persona non grata, uninvited. We just need to wait and see.

LSU has gotten some good recruits from Northern Louisiana. There are other factors involved regarding CROB and Hootie it's not what is the best fit for them.

It's funny to see people turn on North La, even if you're just joking.

That is being used against LSU right now in regards to negative recruiting.

You heard it first hand from Torshiro Davis and it's currently going on right now.

Recruiters are claiming to NLA recruits that Miles/Frank Wilson have favorites from SLa that are getting PT over guys from NLa.

Since Frank is our ace recruiter and his area is NOLA, that's being turned around and used as an advantage by other staffs while recruiting in NLa.

Not really sure which players/ favorites they are referring to though.
