Monty Rice

Probably calling him to show him the wide open hole at LB before he commits next week

Jacob Phillips could be a flip candidate

West Monroe had a good looking lb. But I don't know his name

It really is baffling to me that good LB's don't want to come here to be coached by one of the best and play immediately. Our NFL LB's are as productive as any school's in the country.

Top 2 Uncommitted I would try to snag are Nate McBride out of Georgia & Ellis Brooks out of Virginia...

Wish they'd take aim at the Clark kid from riverdale. There's a few developmental guys like shaheed Reece & Cameron heil within the state. I think our problem is that we only go after a few big time guys and never after any fallback options within the state.

White/Thorton/Divinty/Alexander. Each will get better and better under Aranda. All will be awesome for LSU. What he did with Riley and Beckwith should show us what he will do with these 4. Alexander has already begun to show progress.

Now moving forward, if we don't land a good LB this class, we need to load up next class and tap into the Juco's. But right now, we will be ok with those guys.

A couple...

Gary Johnson, Dakota Allen, & Adonis Thomas just to name a few of them that aren't committed. Johnson is the highest ranked of the group.

Yes, we do for sure. But immediately we have a handful of freshman and sophomores that are way better than what we have been used to.

I think we get a couple this year. We just need a couple of MLB types. Next year we start to load up on the best in country.

Hopefully, Phillips and Jones. Would also love to pull William Gay from MS but I learned my lesson after Leo Lewis.

Plus, we have Queen on board.

dylan and allen are absolute backbreakers. how O could lose both is unbelievable.

Moses was lost before O had a chance. It's unreasonable to blame him for. Almost like you get a new job and the boss blames you for the old employees F-ups

What bites next year is the "Chavis/Steele" lack of experienced depth.

Separate issue now being lack of ability to attract elite LB's in spite of 2016 on-field success.

Difference is he was on staff and had a chance to recruit him since he's been here. Saban turned him, end of story. Nothing LSU could do to get him back.
