Must be a nice guy if he does all that out of the kindness of heart and for no personal gain.

If he helped mold this kid into a great person, then I thank him for helping the kid grow into a man.

Yeah, it seems like the travel expenses could be a bit more than most non-profit organizations could overcome.

What does Sean do for a living?

Not necessarily. I'm sure it's a non profit and he may not be reporting if there's not much money. However, new laws require reporting so you may not be seeing much until the newer tax years unless he hasn't filed.

But the IRS has a hard time tracking most of these orgs. They have too much to do with other entities in non compliance than to worry about thesee non profits who don't generate more than 5k of cash flow.

Well, as a non profit, he can get most of the money from donations. Where those come from, who knows. You'd have to look at his books, which he probably doesn't keep.

The worst part is that as a non profit like this, it's probably not tax deductible (like AU booster's care) and it couldn't be traced because there is no trail.

ETA: I'm guessing this is a 501c4 organization and NOT a 501c3.

Since you know him so well, answer the question. How can he go to every LSU game and go to 9 of Auburn's games this year? Also, how the hell does a guy who changes oil at Walmart and delivers pizza 3 nights a week come up with the money to go to the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP in Arizona? I guess his "nonprofit organization" is paying for it...

That or he could be on a "recruiting" trip with his kids.
