IIRC, in early July he was the 43rd ranked player in LA. 3 days ago he was ranked 38th. After the commitment this afternoon he moved up 11 spots to the 27th ranked player in LA. Kid didn't do a thing on the field and gets bumped b/c he commits to ALA .... I have nothing against Slade, wish the kid the best. Just proves that the system is flawed based on subjective homerism

IIRC, in early July he was the 43rd ranked player in LA. 3 days ago he was ranked 38th. After the commitment this afternoon he moved up 11 spots to the 27th ranked player in LA. I'm a big Slade fan and I was hoping he'd be a Tiger, I'm telling y'all this kid wanted to be at LSU. But I will trust the staff.
The part that makes this suck even worse is that I truly think he got played by Bama. That horseshite white WR angle is shortsighted and I'm surprised his family didn't sniff it out. He would tear shite up at TCU.

They got a good one! Wish the staff would've made a better push but I trust what they're doing. Class is still going to be very strong and don't forget about Giles! He is going to be damn good in this offense

LOL, because he went to Alabama some fans make it a big deal. If he chose LSU a lot of fans would have complained about recruiting these 3 stars.

Oh just wait. They'll bump him up slowly throughout the year. He'll be top 12 in the state and a 4* if he ends up signing with Bama.

Only saw this kid play in one game, the title game, and I think he got hurt but I don't remember watching him and thinking he was anything special. Really surprised he got as much attention as he has. Unfortunately he'll be processed at Bama, but at least for us it'll tie up one of their scholarships.
