Did we recruit Shea Patterson? Why is a Louisiana player with his talent at Ole Miss?

He's not originally from LA. He played one year in Shreveport and followed his big brother to Ole Miss

I figured someone would start this thread. It will be great when OM goes on probation for the meat of Patterson career.

His career will likely be on probation.

Or at least I hope bc Akers could be enticed to play with him

Cam Cameron wanted Feleipe Franks over Patterson. After Franks committed he started to act like a diva when we continued to recruit Patterson so we stopped.

What QB wouldn't choose that offense to LSU offense under Les Miles? If you aren't born LSU you're not

Poor OP never got an answer.

Yes we recruited him. Cam landed an early commitment from Felipe Franks in Florida. There was a time when we hired Shea'a brother at LSU which made Felipe nervous.

Felipe ends up screwing us by decommitting, meanwhile we never got a commitment from Shea Patterson and Ole Miss hired his brother from us and he committed there.

Lost both. LSU QB woes continue.

We recruited him, but the previous administration went for measureables "Franks" over talent. I saw this coming.
